Retail studies
This updated district-wide study considers existing retail provision and future capacity across the three main town centres. This document supersedes those published in 2006 and 2008. It was first published in October 2013. In 2017 a review of the impact threshold recommended in the 2013 Retail Study was undertaken and can be viewed below.
