Staffordshire Moorlands 'To Thrive' Business Development Grant
The fund aims to provide capital grants to businesses for a specific project or investment
The Staffordshire Moorlands "To Thrive" Business Development Grant is administered by Staffordshire County Council through their 'To Thrive' business support programme.
Grants are strictly limited to SME's registered in the Staffordshire Moorlands area.
Grants are available for 80% of the costs up to a maximum grant of £10,000 and a minimum grant of £2,000 per applicant/organisation.
The fund seeks to provide capital grants only to businesses for a specific project or investment and applications are to be considered on a rolling basis.
Closing date - 31st December 2025 or when funds are fully allocated.
The objective of this grant is to support the diversification and expansion of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) through investment in the adoption of new technologies and processes and / or the adoption of new or improved products or services that have the potential to lead to business growth.
Applications will only be considered for projects within the Staffordshire Moorlands Local Authority area delivered by Staffordshire Moorlands registered businesses before 28th February 2026.
Previous recipients of UKSPF/REPF grant awards under the 2022-2025 tranche of funding are eligible to re-apply under this current grant scheme. However, priority will be given to organisations that have not previously received funding from this scheme.
