Masterplans
The Council have a number of adopted masterplans covering the area. A number of these have been superceded by the adopted Local Plan or due to changing economic demand are not currently proposed to be delivered in full, but are provided for reference. Please see latest Growth Strategy and Corporate Plan for current priorities.
- Biddulph Town Centre area action plan - adopted as a Development Plan Document in 2007.
- Cheadle Town Centre Masterplan - adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in 2014.
- Churnet Valley Masterplan - adopted as Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in 2014.
- Leek Town Centre Masterplan - adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in 2014.
