If you need to report an accident involving your Hackney Carriage or Private Hire vehicle, you must notify the councils's licensing team within 48 hours of the incident. This is a legal requirement under Section 50(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976

- Complete the Accident Report Notification Form which should include details such as the date, time, and location of the accident, the vehicle's registration number, and a description of the damage.
- Make sure you upload photographs of the damage to the form.
- Complete the form by submitting it to us.
