New occupiers
If you've moved into a property that has no bins, use this form to order and pay for what you need.
Lost, stolen or damaged bins
You need to purchase another bin if yours has gone missing, or if it is too damaged for the crew to safely empty.
There is a £33.50 charge for a bin to be delivered to you. You can order and pay for the bin using the form below.
Any bins supplied by us remain the property of the council. Your payment covers the supply and administration, but you will not own the bin.
Use this form to order and pay for what you need. If the crew report that your bin has fallen into the back of the wagon during collection, they will order a new one for you, free of charge.
New Build properties
There is no charge for the first set of standard-sized bins at new build properties in the Staffordshire Moorlands. We will wait until you have moved in before delivering your bins, so we know you will be there to receive and number them. Use this form to order your bins once you have moved in.
