Trestle Market Hire

Whether you're looking to hold a conference, meeting or market, the Trestle Market is perfect for your event!

The market is available to book on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays each week during the following times.

• All day - 9am - 5pm
• Half day AM - 9am-1pm
• Half day PM - 1pm-5pm
• Evening - 5pm-9pm

Please Note: Multiple options maybe selected e.g. Monday PM and Monday evening or Monday All Day and Monday evening.

Your booking includes rentel of the Trestle Market only, and the use of the trestle tables, it does not include rental of the Butter Market. If you require any other facilities this will be discussed on receipt of the completed enquiry form.

You as the renter are responsible for both setting-up and the putting away of the trestle market. Hire includes 45 minutes to allow for this. Bins are provided inside for any rubbish but any additional waste must be removed by the renter.

The maximum capacity of the venue is 250. You may require security for your event which we will discuss with you prior to confirming your booking.

Music, such as a band or DJ, is allowed as well as the provision of alcohol, however these are both aspects we would discuss with you once your initial enquiry is received.

We have 3 food units in the trestle market who can be contacted seperately to provide catering for your event. This will incur an additional cost. If you provide your own catering, no hot food is to be cooked on site, pre prepared cold food should only be served.

Cost

Please note staffing cost is all dependant on the event needs and the hirer will be notified pre booking confirmation which level of staffing will be required.

An invoice will be sent out once booking has been confirmed.
