The service provides you with fully funded access to a highly experienced business mentor that will tailor their guidance to your specific challenges and goals, offering personalised strategies that are relevant to your industry and provide you with objective feedback through an unbiased approach and provide insights, helping you see blind spots and offering constructive recommendations to refine your business strategies.
The Growth Hub business mentor can assist in setting clear, achievable goals and creating actionable plans to reach them, ensuring your business stays on the path to success. By encouraging critical thinking and providing your business with techniques for effective problem-solving, helping you address challenges and make informed decisions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the support, your business needs to be based in one of the following local authorities:
• Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council area
• South Staffordshire District Council area
• Staffordshire Moorlands District Council area
