Rural round services

Some properties in rural areas of the Staffordshire Moorlands can't have wheelie bins due to the size and type of vehicle that is needed to empty them.

We provide these homes with alternate containers or sacks and send a smaller van to collect them.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept glass presented for recycling on our rural van round. You can take glass to your local household waste and recycling centre.

A wheeled bin service may be available for your property. This would be collected from the public highway if suitable for HGVs to access. If you would like to arrange an assessment of your waste collection service, please contact us.
