Forms of nomination for the Parish of Cheddleton - Cheddleton Ward By-election may be obtained from the Returning Officer, Elections Office, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6HQ.

Nomination papers must be hand delivered to the Returning Officer, Elections Team, Reception, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6HQ no later than 4.00 pm on Friday 17 October 2025.

If the election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 13 November 2025 between the hours of 7.00 am and 10.00 pm
