Application Form & Guidance Notes for Diversion or Stopping of a Footpath

To apply for an application to stop or divert a public footpath due to a planning permission, you will need to submit an application to the Council, please find the application form and guidance/requirements below. The application can be submitted by emailing the application to planning@staffsmoorlands.gov.uk or by sending it in the post to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6HQ.
