We can only compost...

• grass
• leaves
• weeds (not Japanese Knotweed or Ragwort)
• flowers and plants
• hedge clipping or prunings
• branches and twigs
• windfall fruit

We can't compost...

• plastic bags, flower pots, seed trays or other plastic items
• cat or dog faeces
• large branches or tree stumps
• soil, stones or rubble
• painted or treated wood
• other rubbish from the garden
• any type of animal waste
