Review of Polling District, Polling Places and Polling Stations

We are carrying out a review of polling districts, polling places and polling stations within Staffordshire Moorlands.

The review covers the arrangements under which the area is divided into polling districts as well as the polling places which are provided within these districts. It covers the area governed by the District Council and the parliamentary constituencies of Staffordshire Moorlands and Stone which fall within it.

The documents below provide more information about the proposals - including details of current polling districts and polling places for each of the 27 wards in the District Council area - and highlight where changes are proposed.

We are now consulting on the proposals and want to hear the views of residents who live in the district and the parliamentary constituencies in the area. We will also consider comments from people with expertise in access to premises or facilities for people with disabilities.

Comments are invited on the existing scheme and, if appropriate, suggested changes to polling district boundaries and alternative polling places.

Please read the documents below before completing the questionnaire form. The deadline for sending us the completed forms is 23 September.

Completed forms should be emailed to

Alternatively, you can print the form and post it to us at: Senior Elections Officer, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ.
