Healthy walks

The Staffordshire Moorlands healthy walks are organised by local volunteers and supported by Lex Leisure who operate our leisure centres. The walks are around the Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District and Derbyshire and Cheshire borders.

When are the walks?

The walks are usually on the third and last Sunday of each month, with the occasional midweek walk. The walk on the last Sunday is a shorter walk, normally about 4 miles which takes just a couple of hours. The walks are free you just need to let us know that you are coming. You can reserve your place using the Walk the Moorlands Eventbrite link walkthemoorlands.eventbrite.co.uk . Walks are available to book from 1 month in advance of the date of the walk.
