The Stoke and Staffordshire Business Helpline (opens new window) can answer a wide range of questions and will signpost you to organisations that can help you further. They can also advise on funding options and the implications of any new regulations that may affect your business.

Staffordshire County Council fund a range of business support services.

Business.gov.uk is the UK government's central hub for businesses looking for clear, trusted and relevant support at every stage of their journey. The platform brings together guidance on starting up, growing, exporting and investing, making it easier for businesses to access the information they need.

Planning and building regulations

If you are considering re-developing your existing site or have seen a new site that you would like to make changes to, you'll need planning advice. We can usually give you an opinion as to whether you are likely to get approval for your project and will try to resolve any problems at an early stage. The Local Plan identifies suitable locations for business growth, even if these aren't currently being advertised.
