Symptoms of Coronavirus

The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu.

The symptoms of Coronavirus are:

  • a cough
  • a high temperature
  • shortness of breath
  • loss or change in your sense of taste and/or smell

If you have any of these symptom start self isolating immediately and get tested!

You can book a test online at or call 119.

Household cleaning

When cleaning you should use your usual household cleaning products, like detergents and bleach, as these will be very effective at getting rid of the virus on surfaces.
Clean touched surfaces (such as door handles, handrails, remote controls and table tops) frequently. This is particularly important if you have an older or vulnerable person in the house.
