Business Opportunity - Contracts Opportunities for Stoke-on-Trent District Heat Network Scheme

Would your business like to be involved in the district heat scheme in the city?

Join us at this exciting event to explore the business opportunities around the future of energy, new demands and new solutions within Stoke-on-Trent, nationally and internationally.

Stoke-on-Trent is at the forefront of integrated energy systems in the UK with a number of energy schemes planned and in progress.

Among those is the £50m District Heat Network (DHN) commercial project which the city council launched in September of this year, with the first section of 18km network currently being laid.  Once completed the DHN will be one of the largest low carbon schemes in the UK.

The city council is taking a citywide approach to addressing the need for change, to generate, supply and manage an integrated energy system in the city and there are a number of interesting opportunities for businesses in the area to become involved and be part of this change.

The city council wants to engage with local suppliers to highlight the opportunities that are available from these projects.

    Speakers from:

    • Stoke-on-Trent District Heat Network Scheme
    • Siemens
    • Hotspot Stoke
    • SINFRA

If your business is involved in engineering, construction, civil engineering, pump installation and maintenance, building refurbishment, plumbing, heating, electrical systems, energy product manufacturers and a range of other related businesses then this event could be of interest to you.

There will be an opportunity for networking and 1-2-1 meetings following the main event.
