Leek Arts Festival

Annual Arts Festival.

Location: Various Town Centre Locations In Leek Town Centre

Cost: VARIES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL EVENT

A huge variety of live music including Folk, Blues, Rock and Classical concerts and art and drama exhibitions and talks.

Performers at the festival this year include: Longsdon Amateur Dramatics Society, Fairport Convention, Climax Blues Band, Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes, PIVA and Phil Cool to name a few.

Water Colour Painting in the Dove Valley

Paint the fresh new colours of spring with Tony Beresford, a local professional painter, well known for his landscapes and the tutor for our painting courses.

Small Woods, Big Views Walk (Easy/Moderate)

SMDC Parks and Countryside Service Event

Join Trees and Woodlands Officer Steve Massey on a 4.5 mile walk linking several small woodlands between Leek and Tittesworth.  This is part of the Tree Council's Walk in the Woods campaign.  Meet at 2.30pm by the war memorial at Ball Hayes Green recreation ground, opposite Westminster Road, Leek
