Contact the council

You can contact Staffordshire Moorlands District Council online (including by mobile phone), through your television, by telephone, in person, using our kiosks or freephones, by post or fax.

On-line

You can use our online forms to make a payment, report a problem or request a service. We also have an online form for Customer Feedback and in addition general enquiry forms for all other questions or requests.

Email

If you would like to contact the Council by email please first complete one of our online forms described above - your enquiry will then be given a unique reference number. The Council will acknowledge your enquiry and provide you with regular updates direct to your email address so you will be able to track the progress of your query step by step. You should receive a full reply within 10 working days.

Mobile Phone

The Council’s online services can be accessed using “Looking Local” on your mobile phone. Simply enter www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/mobile into your phone’s internet browser.

Television

You can also access our services through your television using “Looking Local”. This is available to all Sky and Virgin customers by selecting the interactive option. In addition you can use the Council’s website through your television if you have an internet browser for your Nintendo Wii games console.

The Council is open to take your telephone calls Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm and 8.45am to 4.45pm on a Friday.
