The Retail Markets of Leek now operate under the Market Shoppers National Charter. This is a collaboration between the District Council and the market traders to ensure we all enjoy the experience of Market shopping.

The support put behind this nationally recognised Shoppers' Charter is a contract with the customer that spells out the shopper's statutory rights and the standard of service he or she can expect.
